We are very excited you have decided to submit your photos with Rebel 13 Media! If work has been submitted to another publication and accepted for publishing, you will be prohibited from submitting to future issues With Rebel 13 Media. Images must be formatted to an 8.5x11 page or 17x11 with a 300 DPI resolution.

Exclusivity is a MUST with Rebel 13 Media. *Read the following...

1) I do hereby swear that this submission is original in every format and has not been submitted or previously printed elsewhere.

2) I agree to not resubmit these photos (if accepted) to any other magazine for the term of 6 months after I have submitted to Rebel 13 Media and the submission specified Magazine Issue has been released. (This includes one set to multiple sets)

3) I will Not resubmit photos that have already been published in another magazine in the past and present said submission as new material.

4) I will not submit others material and claim it as my own work.

5) If any of the above terms are breached, it will be an automatic termination of submission agreement.

- I hereby acknowledge that this Photography Release Form (hereinafter referred to as “Photographer Release”) became effective today (date and signature below)

- I hereby authorize REBEL 13 Media(S) to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs to be used for promotional materials Strictly for Rebel 13 Media Magazines (Rebel 13 Magazine, Madd Inked Magazine and Cheesecake Magazine.

- I hereby acknowledge that I will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action.

- I authorize the use of my photographs for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, and Rebel 13 Media Magazine(s), provided that it is done for lawful purposes in promoting specified magazine in agreement.

- I hereby release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs or anyone else.

- Furthermore, I hereby waive my right to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of these specific Photographs provided to Rebel 13 Media Magazine(s)
