The term "Cheesecake Magazine" is a vintage, colloquial expression referring to magazines that primarily featured glamour and pin-up photography of scantily clad women. It does not refer to a magazine about the dessert. 

These magazines were popular from the 1930s into the 1960s, a counterpart to "beefcake" magazines, which featured attractive photographs of men. Content in these vintage publications typically included: 

Glamour and pin-up photos of models and starlets.

Fashion tips related to the glamour industry.

Interviews with models and cultural articles.

Humor and art & photography sections. 

The phrase "cheesecake" as a slang term for such imagery is believed to have originated with ship news photographers in the early 20th century. Today, these vintage magazines are primarily collector's items, often found on online marketplaces. 

The term gained popularity in the 1930s and 40s and was used as an American slang term to describe suggestive, but not explicitly nude, photos of women. These images, often in the form of illustrations or photographs, were popular in men's magazines like Esquire and found on calendars, postcards, and even on the sides of military aircraft during the golden age of pin-ups (1930-1960).
